Organisation: EFE-CFPJ Group Post Title: EU Training Project Manager Job Location: Brussels Job Description: Founded in 1988, the EFE-CFPJ Group is a leading European training company, offering high level courses to middle and senior managers. To support its growth and development in Brussels and at EU level, the EFE-CFPJ Group is now seeking 3 EU Training Project Managers (F/M). Job description: The main responsibilities include: - Management of EU contracts including all aspects of client relations - Development, implementation and monitoring of training courses with the support of a network of trainers and experts - Selection and co-ordination of the network of trainers - Evaluation and quality monitoring of the training courses - Co-ordination of logistical and technical aspects of training implementation with the support of a team of assistants - Ensuring the respect of costs/deadline/budget of the projects - Preparation of project reports (including financial reports) - Management of the contractual relations with the European Institutions (co-ordination meetings, need assessment, development of new proposals, etc.) Profile: - University degree (to Master level or equivalent) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management at European/international level. Relevant experience in human resources, management or communication, is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French - Good understanding of EU Institutions - Ability to manage client relationships independently - Ability to work in a busy multicultural environment - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to prioritise and work on a range of issues and to deadlines - Strong IT skills You enjoy working in human size companies where your pragmatism and proactiveness are appreciated. Positions based in Brussels. Occasional travel may be required. We offer a comprehensive remuneration package (basic salary, plus performance-related bonus).
