Computacenter Belgium is experiencing an explosive growth and therefore are we looking for an experienced Account Manager.
The responsibilities of this Account Manager includes:
* Interpret and understand the customers’ needs and align those needs to the specific services and products offered by Computacenter’s business units. To ensure Computacenter’s contractual commitments to that client are carried out by co-ordination and utilisation of the company’s resources.
* Identify, generate and develop sales opportunities across the account set by gaining a thorough understanding of their customers’ short, medium and long term requirements and by providing proactive, innovative solutions.
* Develop and manage multi level relationships within the customer portfolio in order to develop medium & long-term value for both Computacenter and the customer.
* Responsible for facilitating appropriate business unit engagement and ensuring a suitable level of quality throughout all account activity and engagement.
* Lead, either by direct or virtual management, all sales opportunities within the customer portfolio
* Develop business plans for their accounts that supports the achievement of Computacenter's strategic goals. To help build and present fully justified businesses cases for potential sales opportunities.
* Ensure the long-term profitability of Computacenter’s engagement with the customer. To accurately forecast, meet and exceed targets to be defined by customer and by business unit. Meet and exceed budget / targets and provide and actively encourage a continual focus on the bottom line. Keeping company systems up to date with account information and opportunity progress as defined.
* Responsible for ensuring appropriate management and engagement of vendors and partners in order to drive sales growth
Your Profile:
Essential:
1. You have a sound knowledge of English and French or Dutch.
2. Demonstrable experience in Technology or Service based Sales within the ICT industry.
3. Proven commercial and sales (+2 years) capability in sales engagements for corporate clients.
4. Proven track record in business development of new or existing clients
5. Good presentation & communications skills
6. Capable of presenting to customers & management
7. Self confidence, presence & gravitas
8. Good negotiation skills
9. Able to clearly understand and articulate Technology based propositions.
10. Further Education level qualifications
11. Real winner and can do mentality
12. Well organised, pragmatic/analytical and able to work in a structured way
13. Team player & result driven
Desirable
o Degree level qualification or equivalent
o Good knowledge and awareness of the IT industry and current trends
o Experience of utilising recognised sales methodologies & techniques
o Product Knowledge relevant for the industry e.g. Telecommunications, business application software, computer servers, networks, storage devices……
