For one of our projects in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Senior User Assistant / Trainer
Purpose :
The purpose of this work is to:
Deliver and enhance the in-house (functional) trainings to the end-users of the application;
Provide functional user support to internal and external users.
Provide basic technical user support (password changes, logging errors, etc.)
Have a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the functionality of the application.
Update the training material in lined with new upgrades/customizations of the applications.
Quickly understanding the functionality, workflows, forms, etc. of the new applications.
Become familiar with all specific user terminology.
Required Software Expertise:
You have at least 5 years proven experience in Information System Support.
You have an excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Have experience with providing user assistance.
Have excellent communication skills towards end-users.
Have experience in delivering training and on-line aid to a non-technical audience is an advantage.
You are able to adapt your approach to suit the learners.
Strong planning and presentations skills.
You really enjoy working with people; you have excellent interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic approach to training.
You are a rapid self-starter with capability of integration in an international environment.
Haven proven experience with MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Experience in the functionalities of Tender/Grant Management system is an advantage.
Experience with SAP Grant Management is an additional advantage.
You have 5 years professional experience.
