Job description
As an Audit Administrator you will provide full administrative support to our Project Officers within our busy Audit department.
Your tasks will include:
- drafting outgoing mail: standard letters/documents at the request of the Audit Project Officer
- following guidelines and making use of templates when making documents, letters, memos, presentations; looking for improvements in layout and structure of documents
- making presentations
- collecting documents, filing
- providing general administrative support where necessary
- structuring time and identifying priorities in the day’s work, getting things done
- adapting spontaneously to constraints or changes in the environment (workload, operational needs)
- changing behaviour to fit the situation (working hours, support to others etc.)
- coordinating the team
- offering help in case of lack of work; asking for help in case of work overload
- explaining things to juniors/peers.
