Profile required:
Minimum of 2 years experience.

Your challenge is to quickly and accurately produce professional solutions for a wide variety of products and clients. Quality in the smallest detail is your sweet obsession. Creativity could be the chili pepper on your al dente productions, but is not obligatory. What is obligatory is that making production run smoothly is what makes you tick.
Your tools are a fast and up-to-date Mac. You work with OpenType and 23 languages everyday.
Specific skills:
Excellent graphical and typographical skills.
Experience with Indesign CS3, large-scale production and type-setting in multiple languages - including Greek and Cyrillic - is a plus.
Clear use of stylesheets (paragraph -, character -, object-, table & cell stylesheets, etc.) Knowledge of how to convert graphs and tables from MS Word, etc.
Knowledge of how to create sections, automatic table of contents, automatic indexes, masterpages, etc.
Flawless use of the PDF-format, for print and web.
Computer skills:
Experience with Photoshop CS3: excellent use of layers, masks and paths. Knowledge of export modes, usage of specific colour modes.
Experience with Illustrator CS3: knowledge of vectorised drawing, gradient and mesh tools, graph tools, etc.
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and their interaction with CS3.
Typographic knowledge:
Extended knowledge of font use, technically and aesthetically;
Well-organised use of Linotype FontExplorer;
Know the typographic rules before you break them.
General skills:
Extremely well-organised in managing a server-environment. An interest in following trends in software and an openness to continuous learning are musts. En parlant changer de langue ne donne aucune probleme... Communication is what we do...
