Our Human Resources Management Consultants provide advice to national and international organisations on matters covering the entire HR value chain. We look at the efficiency and alignment of the HR architecture – processes, policies and systems – while making the link to the overall HR and business strategy. We firmly believe that HR can and does contribute in a direct way to the success of the organisation, and that its rightful place is that of a genuine business partner. We help our clients transform the way they deliver HR, whether on a small scale or in projects implicating the entire organisation. We apply our proven experience in Managing Change to facilitate a smooth transition.
Job description
Acting within multidisciplinary teams, you work side by side with our clients on their HR challenges. You will apply the Human Capital Return on Investment methodology while doing so. This innovative concept developed by PricewaterhouseCoopers identifies, measures, compares and optimises the key contributions of human capital. You will be exposed to various HR aspects: sourcing, developing, rewarding, administering, organising etc. Your role will vary: in some cases, you will counsel and mentor the client; in others, you will be actively involved in defining, designing, developing and implementing the solution. What will remain constant is your professionalism, delivery excellence and subject-matter expertise while giving our clients nothing less than the best.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in commercial engineering, (applied) economic sciences or human sciences, and preferably an additional postgraduate degree in human resource management or an MBA.
- You have two to five years experience within a Personnel department or as an HR Consultant.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- Conscious of the need to meet client needs, you show initiative, team spirit, dynamics and a capacity for profound analysis.
- You are flexible regarding your place of work and are prepared to travel within Europe.
