We are market leader in Transactions and currently have vacancies for an experienced corporate tax Consultant working in our rapidly growing Transactions team.

In general, the Transactions team advices the clients, both strategic buyers as well as private equity players on all aspects relating to a deal or a restructuring, supporting buyers or sellers in closing the transaction successfully. Analysing the file, solving problems and signalling opportunities, always operating as one integrated team: we boast specialist knowledge in all fields and offer a total solution package based on a business necessity and commercial drivers to our clients.

As an experienced corporate tax Consultant, specialised in mergers and acquisitions, you will be part of the Transactions Team, offering tax advice in the framework of due diligence, acquisition structuring and post-deal integration, legal restructuring, financing of acquisitions and all other side aspects surrounding a deal which may have a tax impact.


Your profile

• You have a university diploma in economics or law, preferably with an additional postgraduate qualification in taxation.
• You have two to five years experience in the corporate taxation aspects, whether or not specifically in M&A
• You are interested in becoming an M&A tax expert.
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
• You are well-organised and you can work to tight deadlines.
• You are a team-player with a broad view on company life.
• We expect you to contribute actively to Client Relationship Management and to continually strive to deepen your own technical know-how.
