Your responsibilities

 

Directly reporting to the HR Manager of our audit service line covering a population of approximately 350 employees, you will integrate a HR generalist position. 

You will have a challenging multitask job with a wide range of development opportunities. You will participate in the day to day HR operations and in the implementation of strategic initiatives in the field of attraction, retention and development of our talents. You will be a key contact person for our internal clients.

 

After immersing yourself in the culture, business and activity of the service line, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

• Recruitment process (attraction and selection)
• Quality and relevance of our integration process
• Support of our performance management processes
• Support and development of HR projects

 

Your profile

• Approximately  3 to 5 years' experience preferably gained in an international service-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to interact with staff at all levels of the Firm in order to build up solid long-term relationships
• Problem solving and results oriented, you are able to prioritize and respect deadlines
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast moving, multicultural environment
• Fluent in French and English (German is an asset)
