Network Security Engineer

Location: Brussels
In the context of a major program, client is looking for a Network Security Engineer. You will be part of a dynamic team who is working on several projects for client and also for the BNP Paribas group. The projects are including all different network security areas and technologies.
The Engineer will have to demonstrate a specific profile described below:
Period mission Start Date : 1 september 2009 Duration : 4 months (• 31/12/2009) with possible extension.
Language requirement
Sound knowledge of English, French and/or Dutch. (second language has to be English)
Localisation of the job
Brussels (near Central Station) but possibility to travel to Luxemburg and Paris
Required knowledge and experience
Required level and content of University graduate. (Bachelor or Master) education

Mandatory: - team player
-analytical mindset for security solution analysis -collaborate and participate to the methodology and processes of client and specifically the Network Security team
-documentation of the project and solutions -clear commitments with the colleagues and team manager -make professional proposals to the team -defend out policy, standards and methodology -communicative -work on project and participate in support tasks
(week, on call, standby).
Preferable:
Business experience required
Mandatory: 1-3 years of professional experience in
Expertise in Network Security engineering
Preferable:
Technical experience required
Mandatory: -firewall, proxy, VPN, Remote access
-anti-virus
-loadbalancing , optioneel WAF
-product knowxledge -nokia appliances for firewall -checkpoint and provider one -juniper netscreen firewalls and NMS systeem -Bluecoat proxy system
- trendmicro, FINJAN -VPN IPSEC and SSL on Checkpoint and Juniper -Loadbalancing on Radware and F5
Preferable: Authentification of the systems within the network domain
Functional experience required
Mandatory: -analytical mindset for security solution analysis
Preferable: -experience in audit reporting and followup

- collaborate on integration between cleints services
