Location: Brussels
Personal Assistant for its brussels office, to deal with internal administration and general secretarial duties, including telephone coverage, diary scheduling, organisation of meetings, database maintenance, travel arrangements and act as a back-up to the office manager.
Requirements
Professional experience of working in a multicultural environment.
Excellent command of english(mother tongue or equivalent) with good speakinh skills in french and/or Dutch.
Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of MS-Office.
Team worker, flexible service minded,well organized and able to multitask under pressure. Legal secretarial experience an asset.
