Distrigas is looking for a Portfolio Optimisation Analyst.

You will be part of the Portfolio & Risk Management team.

Your main tasks will be:

* After a period of intensive training, support the Trading & Portfolio activities by providing qualitative and quantitative analysis based on different economic and operational indicators (such as the availability of gas, the stocks, the market and contract prices, etc.) in order to optimise the use of our assets (storages, supply contracts, …) and extract the maximum value.
* Develop insight in valuation models and pricing techniques.

The job allows you to deal with a broad variety of activities and to have many contacts, both internally and externally

Your profile:

    * You have a Master degree in engineering, in economics, in finance, or in mathematics.
    * You have a natural interest in modelling and in simulations.
    * You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for business management.
    * You have an analytical, critical mindset
    * Your oral and written communication skills are excellent.
    * You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English and you are open to work in an international and challenging environment.
    * You are highly motivated and dynamic.
