The Marketing Communication Expert conceives, develops & plans relevant communication actions within one or more communication expertise domains, towards a well-defined target & integrated in the total communication mix. The Communication Expert steers actions to translate global strategy into the different deliverables
In this role, you will :
<be in charge of the creation, productions, sending & post-evaluation of all customer base communication deliverables sent via email or post
<translate briefing from the Marketing Head of Project into clear & concrete communication objectives & deliverables
<develop & elaborate the most effective communication approach based on this briefing
<implement & follow-up from briefing to final deliverable, all aspects of this communication project development.
<coach & manage the agency to develop a creative concept interpretation for all these communication activities including implementation & operations
<follow-up & ensure that the allocated budget is respected for these communication activities by optimizing costs
<apply the communication process & come up with creative solutions to day-to-day issues & is constantly looking for improvement in the concerned workflow.
<use the house-style guidelines in order to ensure cohenrency & consistency in the expertise domain
Your profile :
<Bachelor degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in the communication expertise domain
<An expert knowledge in 1 to 1 communication approaches (up-selling, cross-selling) via e-mailing or post
<Planning & organization skills
<Meticulous
<Relevant project management experience
<Very good communication skills
<Perfect knowledge in your mother tongue (French or Dutch), you're fluent in the 2nd language & operational in English
