Organisation: SOLIDAR Post Title: Social Policy Coordinator Job Location: Brussems Closing Date: 8th June 2007 Job Description: SOLIDAR SOLIDAR The international network of social and economic justice NGOs linked to the trade union and labour movement is seeking to appoint an experienced individual who will lead and develop our social policy work. The post holder will have a firm grasp of EU social policy, particularly in relation to social service provision, labour law and flexicurity, social inclusion, anti-discrimination and migration. She/her will also have the ability to develop and implement innovative projects which complement our policy and lobbying work. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate commitment to the labour movement and our vision of Europe in the world. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be fluent in English and preferably German, a third EU language being an added-value.
